Australia: 

We are a tiny team, in a remote location, who work hard to get your orders to you in a timely manner. We ask that you please be patient with us and allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive.

Under $200: $20 per order

$200 or more: Free!

International:

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch with us within 5 days of receiving your parcel by emailing manager@yinjaa-barni.com.au.  

Please state your order number and your reason for returning the item so we can issue you a returns number for you.  

We do not issue refunds for change of mind, sale items or items on promo codes. 

We do not accept item returns on products that are damaged on opening or through unreasonable wear and tear. 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred when returning the item. 

When the item is received, we will issue store credit, or an exchange. 

Retuned items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and in original packaging. 

Returns must be received within 10 days of the issue of your returns number.
